Joint Collaboration Know-How Sample Clauses

Joint Collaboration Know-How. The term “Joint Collaboration Know-How” shall mean Know-How that is made jointly by employees of C4T or its Affiliates and employees of Calico Group with or without a Third Party Collaboration Partner in connection with any activity carried out under a Target Evaluation Research Plan or a Joint Research Plan. The Joint Collaboration Know-How shall not include any Calico Collaboration Inventions or C4T Collaboration Inventions.
