Common use of Joint Collaboration Technology for Collaboration Compounds Clause in Contracts

Joint Collaboration Technology for Collaboration Compounds. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Biogen Idec grants to Sunesis a worldwide, non-exclusive license under Biogen Idec’s interest in the Joint Collaboration Technology, with the right to grant sublicenses to the extent provided in Section 6.1.3, to make, discover, research and/or develop Collaboration Compounds, alone or as incorporated into Sunesis Products.
