Meetings and Information. The JCC shall meet at least quarterly. Biogen Idec shall notify Sunesis at least two weeks in advance of the date of each JCC meeting, and Sunesis shall have the opportunity to send at least one Sunesis representative to each such meeting, who shall be designated as a member of the JCC. Biogen Idec shall provide such Sunesis representative with schedules of all such meetings, as well as any material information distributed to Biogen Idec members of the JCC.
Meetings and Information. The JDC shall meet at least quarterly. Millennium shall notify Sunesis at least two weeks in advance of the date of each JDC meeting.
Meetings and Information. A. The President of the Association or his/her designees shall have the right to visit all schools in the district for the purpose of carrying out Association business. Such visits shall be made only upon prior notification to the school principal and shall not interrupt the teacher's regular duties.
B. The Board shall make available to the Association the names and addresses of all new teachers within one (1) week after the official Board action employing such new teachers.
C. Such information shall be only for the use of the Association.
D. Upon written request by the Association President or his/her designee, copies of the following forms, if completed, will be provided: appropriations, budget and training and experience grids. Such copies shall be provided to the President of the Association no later than two weeks after receipt of written request for such forms.
E. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on school property. Such business shall not interfere with pupil/teacher contact.
Meetings and Information. A Labor Management Communication Team comprised of Association and District representatives will meet at mutually agreeable times during the year to review problems and practices concerned with the administration of this Agreement and other matters of interest pertaining to co-curricular activities. Upon request, the District shall make available to the Association information needed to assist the Association in performing its representation responsibilities. Such information shall be in the same form as available to the general public or for normal administrative use.
Meetings and Information. A. No teacher may leave his/her assigned building to conduct Association business except during his/her duty-free lunch period upon notification of the building principal.
B. The conduct of Association business shall not interfere with instruction.
C. Any Association Representative who is not an employee of the District shall first report to the principal’s office when entering a school building during the teacher workday. Such report shall include the person to be seen and the approximate length of time to insure that teacher instruction will not be interrupted. Said Association Representative may sign in and indicate that he/she will be available in the teacher’s lounge or other designated classroom for a certain period of time to meet with any available bargaining unit member.
D. The Association President and Treasurer will be provided with the names, mailing addresses and telephone numbers (unless unlisted) of all new bargaining unit members at least one week prior to the first scheduled work day. If the bargaining unit member is hired within one week or less of the first scheduled workday, then the Association President and Treasurer shall be provided their names, mailing addresses and telephone numbers within two weeks of the Board’s employment action.
E. The Board will strive to notify any change in employment status of a bargaining unit member after the first scheduled work day of the school year to the Association President and Treasurer.
F. The Treasurer of the Board shall provide a copy of each building budget to the Association President after October 1st upon request.

The employer shall ensure that measures are taken with a view to preventing tele/distance/homeworkers from being isolated from the rest of the working community at the enterprise, such as giving them the opportunity to meet with colleagues on a regular basis and access to information about the enterprise.

Seller shall make such persons available to meet with representatives of Boeing as soon as may be practicable following a request for any such meeting by Boeing and Seller shall make available to Boeing any additional information, reports or other materials in connection therewith as Boeing may reasonably request.
