JOINT COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES. Article 8.1 The parties undertake to fulfill their tasks and responsibilities for the implementation of this contract, based on appropriate management, transparency and partnership principles, in accordance with existing national legislation and the provisions of Article 1.5 of the Regulation for the implementation the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. Article 8.2 The parties undertake to use the information and documents obtained or to which they have access during the implementation period of the project/action in accordance with this contract, the national legislation in force and the provisions of Article 1.5 of the Regulation implementing the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 on legal provisions relating to transparency, access to information and protection of personal data.
