Joint Committee – Retiree Benefits. The Employer and the Union agree to establish a joint committee consisting of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer to develop recommendations to be forwarded to appropriate outside parties and to investigate the feasibility of special agreements.
