Joint Committee to Administer the Agreement. Recognizing the mutual benefits which can be derived from joint consultation, the parties hereby approve the establishment of a Joint Committee to Administer the Agreement. The Committee shall be comprised of three (3) representatives from the Union and three (3) representatives of the Employer. A representative of each party shall be designated as a joint Chair, and the two (2) persons so named shall preside over alternate meetings. Meetings shall be convened at a mutually-agreeable time at the request of either party.
