Common use of Joint Compensation/Benefits Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Compensation/Benefits Committee. A separate Joint Compensation/Benefits Committee with the local Unions shall be established which will be made up of six members from the Union and three members from the Company. The duties of the Committee shall be to advise on the day-to-day administration of the plan and to deal with problems which may, from time to time, arise concerning the application of the terms of this agreement. This committee shall have all information reasonably necessary to carry out its functions.
