Joint Development and Marketing Activities. Upon written notice to Genentech, Connetics and InterMune shall be permitted to discuss and enter into agreements and participate in joint development and marketing activities for Licensed Products in the Field of Use outside the Territory with other Genentech Interferon Gamma licensees.
