Joint Inspection Upon Vacation. Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to vacating the Premises for the express purpose of arranging a meeting with Landlord for a joint inspection of the Premises. In the event of Tenant's failure to give such notice and arrange such joint inspection, Landlord's inspection at or after Tenant's vacation of the Premises shall be conclusively deemed correct for purposes of determining Tenant's responsibility for repairs and restoration hereunder.
