Common use of Joint Inspection Upon Vacation Clause in Contracts

Joint Inspection Upon Vacation. Lessee shall give written notice to Lessor at least thirty (30) days prior to vacating the Premises for the express purpose of arranging a meeting with Lessor for a joint inspection of the Premises. In the event of Lessee's failure to give such notice and arrange such joint inspection, Lessor's inspection at or after Lessee's vacation of the Premises shall be conclusively deemed correct for purposes of determining Lessee's responsibility for repairs and restoration hereunder.
