Common use of JOINT MEASUREMENTS Clause in Contracts

JOINT MEASUREMENTS. The Company’s Authorized Representative in the presence of the Subcontractor / PRW or his Authorized Representative shall take measurements. All measurements shall be entered in a Measurement Book maintained by the Company at site and signed both by the Company’s Authorized Representative and the Subcontractor / PRW as a token of acceptance. Measurements jointly taken and recorded as above shall be the sole, conclusive and final record for payments and payments shall be made accordingly in full and final settlement of the dues arising out of this Subcontract / Work Order, inclusive of any interim payments which may be made to the Subcontractor / PRW.
