Common use of Joint Notice Clause in Contracts

Joint Notice. On or as soon as possible after the Closing Date, Purchaser and Sellers shall send out a joint notice in a form and to a list agreed between Sellers and Purchaser, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, of the suppliers, customers and clients of the Business advising them of the transfer of the Business.
