Joint Promotion and Marketing. (i) Netlist and Diablo will engage in a joint marketing effort providing introductions of each other to their respective customers. Netlist shall use best commercial efforts, in order to meet Netlist market share obligations to Diablo, by promoting, where possible, the use of Netlist products utilizing Diablo based products. Both parties shall provide appropriate recognition of the other party’s contributions.
