Common use of Joint Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Joint Responsibilities. A. Each party will notify the other of any changes in the curricula, degree requirements, and admission requirements. B. Share in marketing responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement regarding recruiting, placement, and advising current and future students. C. Agree to hold institutional meetings, at a minimum, annually to discuss activities and efforts related to this Agreement.
