JOINT SCHEDULING COMMITTEE (JSC) Clause Samples

The Joint Scheduling Committee (JSC) clause establishes a committee composed of representatives from both parties to oversee and coordinate the scheduling of project activities or deliverables. Typically, the JSC meets regularly to review progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and make decisions regarding changes to the project timeline. By providing a formal mechanism for collaborative scheduling and decision-making, this clause helps ensure that both parties remain aligned on project timelines and can efficiently address any issues that arise, thereby minimizing delays and misunderstandings.
