Common use of Joint Steering Committee and Subcommittees Clause in Contracts

Joint Steering Committee and Subcommittees. 3.1.1 The Parties hereby establish the Joint Steering Committee (the “JSC”) to serve as the oversight and decision-making body for the activities to be conducted by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in this Article 3. The Parties anticipate that the JSC will not be involved in day-to-day implementation of the activities under this Agreement but shall have the responsibilities and decision-making authority set forth herein or as mutually agreed by the Parties in writing from time to time. The JSC may establish subcommittees as set forth in Section 3.2 (each a “Subcommittee”).
