Joint Tenant Consent to Adjudication. If the Tenant forms more than one person each of the persons forming the Tenant agrees with the other that any one of them may consent on behalf of all the other persons forming the Tenant to use alternative dispute resolution through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (“TDS”) or its successor or assignee to deal with any dispute about the Deposit at the end of the Tenancy or earlier termination of it.
