Joint Use of Facilities. 3.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the School Facilities shall include the following components: (a) The school playfields including the parking facilities; (b) The gymnasium, kitchen, multi-purposes area, media tech center, storage area, and common public areas locate within the school building. 3.02 For the purposes of this Agreement, the City Facilities shall include the following: (a) The community room, office and adjacent storage; (b) The single use washroom accessible only from the exterior. 3.03 For the purposes of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the School Facilities as set out in Clause 3.01 as follows: (a) From 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative Officer; (b) From 8:00 a.m. to 10;00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year, with consideration for closing security needs and custodial services, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative Officer; (c) From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance requirements. 3.04 For the purposes of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the City Facilities as set out in Clause 3.02 as follows: (a) From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays during the regular school year; (b) From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year; (c) From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance requirements.

Joint Use of Facilities. 3.01 7.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the School Board Facilities and the City Facilities shall include be collectively called the following components: (a) The school playfields including the parking facilities; (b) The gymnasium, kitchen, multi-purposes area, media tech center, storage area, and common public areas locate within the school building"Facility/Facilities". 3.02 7.2 For the purposes purpose of this Agreement, the City Facilities " Board Facilities" shall include the followingspace components as shown on Schedule A: (a) The community room, office and adjacent storage; (b) The single use washroom accessible only from the exterior. 3.03 7.3 For the purposes purpose of this Agreement, in consideration the "City Facilities" shall include the space components as shown on Schedule B: 7.4 For the purpose of the financial contribution made by the Citythis Agreement, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the Board Facilities, except for events as may be scheduled by the School Facilities Principal and communicated with the City as set out in Clause 3.01 7.2 as follows: (a) i. From 4:30 p.m. 7:00 pm to 10:00 p.m. pm on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled Regular School Year. Access may be granted earlier if mutually agreed by the school Administrative Officer;Board and the City. (b) ii. From 8:00 a.m. am to 10;00 p.m. 10:00 pm on Saturdays Saturdays, Sundays, and Sundays during School Closures throughout the calendar year, with consideration for closing security needs and custodial services, except as previously scheduled unless mutually agreed by the school Administrative Officer;Board and the City. (c) iii. From 8:00 a.m. am to 10:00 p.m. pm on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance and security requirements. 3.04 For 7.5 Excluding section 7.4 above, for the purposes purpose of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the City Facilities following Board Facilities, except for events as set out in Clause 3.02 may be scheduled by the School Principal and communicated with the City, as followsdescribed below: (a) i. From 8:00 a.m. 4:30 pm to 10:00 p.m. pm on weekdays during the regular school year;: (b) x. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Sports Fields. ii. Other school fields as mutually agreed by the Operating Committee. 7.6 For the purpose of this Agreement, the City agrees that the Board shall have first right of access to the following City Facilities, as described below: i. From 8:00 a.m. am to 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year; (c) From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 4:30 pm on weekdays during regular school year: i. Mount Boucherie Sport Fields (B1, B2, & Xxxxxxx sports fields). ii. Rose Valley Community Park. iii. Mount Boucherie Complex – Student Parking Area (Monday thru Friday, during regular school hours). iv. Other City owned fields as mutually agreed by the Operating Committee. ii. From 12:35 pm to 3:15 pm on weekdays during regular school holiday periodsyear: i. Mount Boucherie Pickleball Courts (6 courts). 7.7 For the purpose of this Agreement, subject the City agrees that the Board shall be granted the following hours at City Facilities, at no cost to maintenance requirementsthe Board, on an annual basis, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Operating Committee. i. Royal LePage Place and / or Xxx Xxxx Arena: i. MBSS Hockey Academy: 50 hours per year (2nd semester) ii. GMS Hockey Academy: 150 hours per year iii. West Kelowna Elementary Schools 115 hours per year ii. West Kelowna Multipurpose Sport Dome: i. MBSS Soccer Academy 70 hours per year ii. MBSS Baseball Academy 30 hours per year

Joint Use of Facilities. 3.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the “School Facilities Facilities” shall include the following components: (a) The school playfields including the parking facilities; (b) The gymnasium, kitchen, multi-purposes area, media tech center, gym storage area, and common public areas locate located within the school building. 3.02 For the purposes of this Agreement, the “City Facilities Facilities” shall include the following: (a) The community room, office room and adjacent storage; (b) The single use washroom accessible only from the exteriorexterior of the school building. 3.03 For the purpose of this agreement the School Facilities and the City Facilities shall be collectively called the “Facilities”. 3.04 For the purposes of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the School Facilities as set out in Clause 3.01 as follows: (a) From 4:30 p.m. 2:35 P.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative OfficerPrincipal; (b) From 8:00 a.m. A.M. to 10;00 p.m. 10:00 P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year, with consideration for closing security needs and custodial services, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative OfficerPrincipal; (c) From 8:00 a.m. 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance requirements. 3.04 3.05 For the purposes of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the City Facilities as set out in Clause 3.02 as follows: (a) From 8:00 a.m. 6:30 A.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the regular school year; (b) From 8:00 a.m. A.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year; (c) From 8:00 a.m. 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, periods subject to maintenance and security requirements. 3.06 Any additional maintenance or security requirements for any planned activity by the City outside of the times outlined in Clause 3.04 and 3.05 and the costs thereof shall be agreed to in advance by the Operating Committee. Such maintenance and security requirements shall be consistent with the provisions of the collective agreements entered into by the Board and the City from time to time with their respective unions. 3.07 The purchase or replacement of jointly used program equipment by the Board and the City thereof shall be agreed to in advance by the Operating Committee.

Joint Use of Facilities. 3.01 For the purpose of this Agreement, the "School Facilities Facilities" shall include the following components: (a) The school playfields including the parking facilitiesSchool playfields; (b) The gymnasium, kitchen, multi-purposes areacommunity office, classrooms 10 & 12, media tech center, storage area, and common public areas locate located within the school School building; (c) The portion of the Parking Lot on Board Lands. 3.02 For the purposes of this Agreement, the "City Facilities Facilities" shall include the following: (a) The community room, office and adjacent storage; (b) The single use washroom accessible only from portion of the exteriorParking Lot on City Lands. 3.03 For the purposes of this agreement the School Facilities and the City Facilities shall be collectively called the "Facilities" 3.04 For the purpose of this Agreement, in consideration of the financial contribution commitment made by the City, the Board agrees that the City shall have first right of access to the School Facilities as set out in Clause 3.01 as follows: (a) From 4:30 p.m. 2:30 P.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative Officer;Principal: (b) From 6:30 A.M. to 8:25 A.M., classroom 12 room only, on weekdays during the regular school year, except as previously scheduled by the school Principal; (c) From 8:00 a.m. A.M. to 10;00 p.m. 10:00 P.M. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the calendar year, with consideration for closing security needs and custodial services, except as previously scheduled by the school Administrative OfficerPrincipal; (cd) From 8:00 a.m. 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 p.m. P.M. on weekdays during the school holiday periods, subject to maintenance and security requirements. 3.04 For 3.05 Any additional maintenance or security requirements for any planned activity by the purposes of this Agreement, in consideration City outside of the financial contribution made times outlined in Clause 3.04 and the costs thereof shall be agreed to in advance by the City, Operating Committee.
