Jointly Provided Switched Access Services. 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. These records are used to provide information necessary for each Party to xxxx the Interexchange Carrier for Jointly Provided Switched Access Services and 8XX database queries. The Parties will charge each other the rates set forth in Exhibit A for record exchange. 6.3.12.5 If Jointly Provided Switched Access data is not processed and delivered by either Party (Qwest or WSP) and sent to the other Party within ten calendar Days of the relevant recording period and in turn such Party is unable to xxxx the Interexchange Carrier for the appropriate charges, the Party who failed to deliver the data will pay the other Party for the amount of the unbillable charges. 6.3.12.6 The applicable Switched Access rates will be billed by the Parties to the IXC based on MECAB guidelines and each Party’s respective FCC and state Access Tariffs.

The Parties will charge each other the rates set forth in Exhibit A for record exchange. 6.3.12.5 If Jointly Provided switched Access data is not processed and delivered by either Party (Qwest or WSP) and sent to the other Party within ten calendar Days of the relevant recording period and in turn such Party is unable to bill the Interexchange Carrier for the appropriate charges, the Party who failed to deliver the data will pay the other Party for the amount of the unbillable charges. 6.3.12.6 The applicable switched Access rates will be billed by the Parties to the IXC based on MECAB guidelines and each Party’s respective FCC and state Access Tariffs.

Jointly Provided Switched Access Services. 7.5.1 6.3.12.1 Jointly Provided Switched switched Access Service is described defined and governed by the FCC and state access State Access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routingGuidelines, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. Qwest and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements that all parties concur in. 7.5.2 6.3.12.2 Qwest will agree to function as the Access Service Coordinator (ASC) as defined in the Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design Guidelines (MECOD) (Technical Reference SR-TAP-000984). Qwest will provide the operational, technical and administrative support required in the planning, Provisioning provisioning and maintenance involved in the joint access Provisioning provisioning process to the IXCs. Qwest will be unable to fulfill the role of ASC if CLEC WSP does not fully comply with MECOD requirements, including filing CLEC's WSP End Office Switches Offices and billed percentages (BPs) in the NECA 4 Tariff. 7.5.3 6.3.12.3 Qwest and CLEC WSP will each render a separate xxxx to the IXC, using the multiple xxxx, single tariff multiple Tariff option. 7.5.4 6.3.12.4 A charge will apply for Category 11-01-XX Access Services records sent in an EMR EMI mechanized format. These records are used to provide information necessary for each Party to xxxx the Interexchange Carrier for Jointly Provided Switched switched Access Services and 8XX database queries. The charge is for each Billable Record record created and transmitted and is listed in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
