Common use of Judgements Clause in Contracts

Judgements. if a judgment or decree for payment of money due in an amount of $5,000 or more (in any single instance or in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees against each of the Obligors) shall have been obtained or entered against any Obligor (except in the case of any such judgment or decree in respect of which recourse is limited to property which is not subject to the Security hereunder) and such judgment or decree shall not have been, and remain, vacated, discharged or stayed pending appeal within the applicable appeal period;
