Judgment Against the Corporation. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Note Trustee that, in case of any judicial or other proceedings to enforce the rights of the Noteholders, judgment may be rendered against it in favour of the Noteholders or in favour of the Note Trustee, as trustee for the Noteholders, for any amount which may remain due in respect of the Notes and premium (if any) and the interest thereon and any other monies owing hereunder.
