Judgment Creditor Claims. In addition to the rights of Creditors set forth in Section 12 hereof, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement, the assets of the Trust shall at all times prior to a Change of Control be available to satisfy claims of Judgment Creditors. Upon receipt by the Trustee of proof satisfactory to the Trustee that a Creditor is a Judgment Creditor, the Trustee shall satisfy the claim of such Judgment Creditor, to the extent possible, from the assets of the Trust, and the Trustee shall be fully indemnified hereunder in satisfying such claim.
