Judgment Entered. Shall not permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in an amount in excess of $100,000.00 that is not discharged or execution is not stayed within thirty (30) days of entry (except judgments validly covered by insurance with a deductible of not more than $10,000).
Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any material monetary judgment or the material assessment against, the filing of any material tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of Borrower or debts due that is not satisfied or dismissed within ninety (90) days thereafter.
Judgment Entered. Borrower and Guarantor shall not permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due.

Borrower shall not permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against Borrower, the filing of any tax lien against Borrower, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Borrower in any amount in excess of $250,000 and that is not discharged or execution is not stayed within 60 days of entry.
Judgment Entered. Final judgment for the payment of money is entered against Borrower in excess of $5,000,000 and remains undischarged for a period of 30 days, unless execution on such judgment shall be effectively stayed.
Judgment Entered there shall have been entered against the Company a final judgment, decree or order for the payment of money in excess of five hundred thousand US Dollars (US$500,000), which judgment shall remain unpaid for thirty (30) days after it shall have become final and non-appealable;

Government Intervention. Permit the assertion or making of any seizure, vesting or intervention by or under authority of any government by which the management of Borrower or any guarantor is displaced of its authority in the conduct of its respective business or such business is curtailed or materially impaired.
Judgment Entered. Permit the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of or debts due Guarantor. Retire or Repurchase Capital Stock. Retire or otherwise acquire any of its capital stock.
Judgment Entered. Except for existing judgments as disclosed on Schedule 3.17, permit or suffer the entry of any monetary judgment or the assessment against, the filing of any tax lien against, or the issuance of any writ of garnishment or attachment against any property of the Borrower.
