Common use of Judgments and Attachments Clause in Contracts

Judgments and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving an amount in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate at any time (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Judgments and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving an amount in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate at any time 20,000,000 (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries Subsidiaries, or any of their respective assets assets, and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving an amount in excess of $5,000,000 5,750,000 in the aggregate at any time (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Judgments and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving an amount in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate at any time 50.0 million (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than an Insignificant Subsidiary) or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving individually or in the aggregate at any time an amount in excess of $5,000,000 500,000 (in the aggregate at any time (either case to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty thirty (6030) days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving in any individual case or in the aggregate at any time an amount in excess of $5,000,000 2,000,000 (in the aggregate at any time (to the extent either case not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party Holdings or any of its their Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) 60 days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or

Judgments and Attachments. Any money judgment, writ or warrant of attachment or similar process involving an amount in excess of $5,000,000 individually or in the aggregate at any time an amount of $10,000,000 or more (to the extent in either case not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has not denied acknowledged coverage) shall be entered or filed against any Loan Party CapStar or any of its Significant Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets and shall remain undischarged, unvacated, unbonded or unstayed for a period of sixty (60) 60 days (or in any event later than five (5) days prior to the date of any proposed sale thereunder); or
