JUDGMENTS; ATTACHMENT; ETC. Any one or more judgments or orders is entered against a Covered Person or any attachment or other levy is made against the property of a Covered Person with respect to a claim or claims involving in the aggregate liabilities (not paid or fully covered by insurance, less the amount of reasonable deductibles) in excess of $2,500,000, becomes final and non-appealable or if timely appealed, collection thereof is not stayed pending the appeal.

Any one or more judgments or orders against the Borrower or any attachment or other levy against the property of the Borrower with respect to a claim or claims, involving in the aggregate liabilities (not paid or fully covered by insurance, less the amount of reasonable deductibles) in excess of $500,000, remains unpaid, unstayed on appeal, undischarged, unbonded or undismissed for a period of 60 Business Days.

Any one or more judgments or orders is entered against Borrower or any attachment or other levy is made against the property of Borrower, including but not limited to the Collateral, with respect to a claim or claims involving in the aggregate liabilities (not paid or fully covered by insurance, less the amount of deductibles satisfactory to Lender) greater than $250,000 becomes final and non- appealable or if timely appealed is not fully bonded and collection thereof stayed pending the appeal.
JUDGMENTS; ATTACHMENT; ETC. Any one or more judgments or orders against Mortxxxxx xx excess of $100,000 or any attachment or other levy against any of the Collateral remains unpaid, unstayed on appeal, undischarged, unbonded or undismissed for a period of thirty (30) days.

Any one or more judgments or orders is entered against Borrower or any attachment or other levy is made against the property of Borrower, including but not limited to the Collateral, with respect to a claim or claims involving in the aggregate liabilities (not paid or fully covered by insurance, less the amount of deductibles satisfactory to Lender on the Execution Date) greater than $100,000, and, in the case of a judgment or order, such judgment or order becomes final and non-appealable or if timely appealed is not fully bonded and collection thereof stayed pending the appeal; or any Covered Person enters into an agreement to settle any claim or controversy and the total amount (at current value based on a capitalization rate of 10%) of the monetary Obligations of such Covered Person under such agreement is in excess of $100,000.
