Except for those judgments publicly disclosed in the most recent 10-K, 8-K or 10-Q filed by the VSE Entities prior to the Restatement Date, suffer or permit any judgment (or the aggregate of all judgments to be) in excess of One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) against any one or more VSE Entities or any attachment against any one or more VSE Entities’ property (for an amount not fully covered by insurance) to remain unpaid, undischarged or undismissed for a period of ten (10) Business Days, unless enforcement thereof shall be effectively stayed or bonded.
