Common use of Judgments Clause in Contracts

Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after the entry thereof; or

Judgments. One or more monetary judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 125,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after the entry thereof; or.

Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries involving, individually or in the Restricted Subsidiaries involving aggregate, a liability of $100,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by a reputable insurance provided by a carrier company or indemnitor as to which coverage or indemnification, as the case may be, has not disputing coveragebeen disclaimed) of $50,000,000 or more and any all such judgments or decrees shall not have been vacated, discharged, satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 thirty (30) days after from the entry thereof; or

Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Parent Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 150,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Parent Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after the entry thereof; or

Judgments. One or more monetary judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 50,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such ), which judgments or decrees shall are not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or effectively waived or stayed or bonded pending appeal within for a period of 60 days after the entry thereof; orconsecutive days.

One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 75,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or fully covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after from the entry thereof; or

Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 20,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or fully covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after from the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower Holdings or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 40,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower Holdings and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier notified of such judgment and not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after the entry thereof; or

Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 150,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Borrower or any of the Restricted its Subsidiaries involving a liability of $100,000,000 10,000,000 or more in the aggregate for all such judgments and decrees for the Borrower and the Restricted its Subsidiaries (to the extent not paid or fully covered by insurance provided by a carrier not disputing coverage) and any such judgments or decrees shall not have been satisfied, vacated, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days after from the entry thereof; or
