Common use of Judicial Actions and Seizures Clause in Contracts

Judicial Actions and Seizures. (I) Issuance of a notice of Lien, levy, assessment, injunction or attachment (a) against any Loan Party’s Inventory or Receivables or (b) against a material portion of any Company’s other property, which, in either case, is not stayed or lifted within thirty (30) days, or (II) (a) the seizure, garnishment or taking by a Governmental Body of any portion of the Collateral, or (b) the title and rights of any Loan Party or any other Person which is the owner of any material portion of the Collateral shall have become the subject matter of claim, litigation, suit, garnishment or other proceeding which might, in the opinion of Agent, upon final determination, result in impairment or loss of the security provided by this Agreement or the Other Document;
