Judicial Notice. To the extent necessary, the Court takes judicial notice of (and deems admitted into evidence for purposes of approval of the Disclosure Statement and Confirmation of the Plan) the docket of the Chapter 11 Case maintained by the clerk of the Court or its duly appointed agent, including all pleadings and other documents on file, all orders entered, all hearing transcripts, and all evidence and arguments made, proffered, or adduced at the hearings held before the Court during the pendency of this Chapter 11 Case.
