Jurisdiction of the Court. The Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the terms of this Settlement and all orders and judgments entered in connection therewith, and the Parties and their Counsel submit to the jurisdiction of the Court for this purpose.
Jurisdiction of the Court. 1. The Court has personal jurisdiction over the parties and the Settlement Class Members, venue is proper, and the Court has subject matter jurisdiction to approve the Agreement, including all exhibits thereto, and to enter this Final Approval Order. Without in any way affecting the finality of this Final Approval Order, this Court hereby retains jurisdiction as to all matters relating to administration, consummation, enforcement, and interpretation of the Settlement Agreement and of this Final Approval Order, and for any other necessary purpose.
Jurisdiction of the Court. Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, the Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and all orders and judgment entered in connection therewith, and the Parties and their counsel hereto submit to the jurisdiction of the Court for purposes of interpreting, implementing, and enforcing the Settlement embodied in this Agreement and all orders and judgments in connection therewith.
Jurisdiction of the Court. The Property and the auction process are subject to the jurisdiction of a court, usually the Court of Common Pleas in the county in which the Property is located. Your rights and obligations are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Ohio, other applicable law, orders from the Court (collectively, "Applicable Law"), and the terms and conditions of this Auction Agreement. If there is conflict between this Auction Agreement and Applicable Law, you agree that the conflict will be resolved in favor of Applicable Law. This Auction Agreement shall be construed, and the legal relations between the parties determined, in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any allegation, controversy or claim arising from or relating to the Auction Services or brought in connection with this Auction Agreement shall be brought in the Court or, if the Court no longer has jurisdiction over the Property, then in the Franklin County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas or the United States District Court located in Franklin County, Ohio. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts, and you agree not to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens in any action in these courts.
Jurisdiction of the Court. Any dispute arising out of non-fulfilment of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other dispute arising out of the arbitration award will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the City of Chennai only.
Jurisdiction of the Court. The parties expressly agree that the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi has full, exclusive, and continuing jurisdiction of this divorce action and matters herein contained.
Jurisdiction of the Court. Except as otherwise provided in this Class Settlement Agreement, any dispute regarding the interpretation or validity of, or otherwise arising out of, this Class Settlement Agreement, including any disputes regarding fees, costs and/or expenses amongst counsel, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Approving Court and shall be decided pursuant to the laws of the State of Hawai‘i. The Approving Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of the terms of this Class Settlement Agreement and all orders and judgments entered in connection therewith, and the Parties and their respective counsel submit to the jurisdiction of the Approving Court for purposes of interpreting, implementing, and enforcing the settlement embodied in this Class Settlement Agreement and all orders and judgments entered in connection therewith. Furthermore, the Class Parties agree that, subject to Approving Court approval, the Approving Court will have jurisdiction over any claims by a Non-Participant, and that any such litigation will be deemed related to the Actions.

Jurisdiction of the Court. The Aggregate Settlement Fund shall be considered to be in custodia legis of the Court, and shall remain subject to the Court's jurisdiction until all claims against the Aggregate Settlement Fund are paid in accordance with this Agreement.
Jurisdiction of the Court a) The Parties agree that the Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over the Class Action, the Parties thereto, the Settlement Class as defined herein and the Claims Administrator, to interpret and enforce the terms, conditions, and obligations under this National Settlement Agreement. The Court will be responsible for the approval of Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Supplemental Fees, if any.
