JUNIOR CREDITOR REPRESENTATIONS. The Junior Creditor makes the representations and warranties set out in this Clause 12 to the Security Trustee (and each other Secured Parties) on the date of this Agreement only in relation to itself and provided that where any representation or warranty is expressed to be given from a specific date, the representation and warranty under this Clause 12 shall be made on that date.
