Common use of Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws. This Agreement and all of the rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India without reference to its choice of law provisions. Any dispute under this Agreement, which is not disposed of by the parties, shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru.
