Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws. 11.1 In the event of any dispute or controversy between you and Games United, both parties shall, in the first place, use best efforts to settle such dispute or controversy through amicable negotiation. You agree that any dispute or controversy that cannot be settled through negotiation shall be submitted and finally resolved in the laws of the Republic of Turkey and by Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices as exclusively authorized. 11.2 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are established merely for the ease of comprehension, and do not carry any substantive meanings and shall not be used as references for the interpretation of this Agreement. 11.3 If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid for any reason, the remaining clauses shall survive and remain binding on both parties.
