Jurisdiction and Governing Law. Jurisdiction over disputes with regard to this Agreement shall be exclusively in the courts of the State of Colorado, and this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, other than the conflict of laws provisions of such laws.
