Jurisdiction Application to Royalties. The Parties agree that the royalties set forth in Sections 3(b) and 3(c) shall not apply to services that are operated in and provided to jurisdictions where there are no Licensed Patents, unless the Consumer Media Content being Governed originates from or is processed at any time in a jurisdiction where there are Licensed Patents.
