LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. Licensee agrees to pay the applicable end user license fees for the Licensed Software within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice or such other date as agreed in writing by the parties. End user license fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 7 above, or in the Specific Software Terms below, and shall be paid without deduction, including without limitation, of any withholding tax. End user license fees are exclusive of any applicable transportation charges, value added and other applicable taxes and duties and all such amounts shall be paid or reimbursed by Licensee. Outstanding past-due amounts shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month compounded or, if lower, the maximum rate allowed by applicable law. Licensee shall be liable for any such interest and all related collection costs, whether or not an action has been filed. Licensor may decline to enter into any additional Product Orders if any such past-due balance, interest and collection costs are not paid.

Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. Licensee shall pay Licensor a License Fee of fifty thousand Canadian dollars (CDN$50,000) for each First-Run MOW and fifteen thousand Canadian dollars (CDN$15,000) for each Library MOW. Licensee shall pay Licensor the License Fee for each MOW with an Availability Date in a Broadcast Year of the MOW Term in twelve (12) equal quarterly installments commencing upon the earliest Availability Date for an MOW in such Broadcast Year. LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. Licensee shall pay Licensor the aggregate License Fees applicable to the Library Programs selected by Licensee hereunder. For each of the Year 1 Commitment, Year 2 Commitment and Year 3 Commitment, Licensee shall pay Licensor the License Fees for such Library Programs in twelve (12) equal quarterly installments commencing on the earliest Availability Date for such selection group (but no later than March 31, 2013 for the Year 1 Commitment, March 31, 2014 for the Year 2 Commitment and March 31, 2015 for the Year 3 Commitment), provided that if the Licensee Fees for all Library Programs with Availability Dates on or before March 31, 2013 exceed the Year 1 Commitment, or the Licensee Fees for all Library Programs with Availability Dates on or before March 31, 2014 exceed the Year 2 Commitment, Licensee shall pay such excess in equal amounts divided over each remaining quarterly installment with respect to the applicable annual slate.
LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. 5.1. The fees and other charges applicable to the Software and/or any services provided by Espial are set out in Exhibit A.
LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. 5.01 The License Fee and terms of payment for the System are specified on Exhibit B to the Master Agreement, which is incorporated herein. All Fees for the initial term for the Maintenance and Support Services are as set forth in Exhibit B to the Master Agreement. Where appropriate, each SOW shall set forth estimated fees for the services to be performed by DSTTI under such SOW. Pioneer shall pay all Invoices rendered under this Schedule to Boston Financial in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement.

In consideration of the license granted herein and services to be rendered by DSS, Licensee shall pay to DSS those fees (the “License Fees”) as set forth on Schedule 1 hereto. All such License Fees shall be payable by Licensee to DSS as determined by DSS on a project-by-project basis. The specifics of any particular project shall be agreed upon by the parties provided, however, that any such project will be governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties herein.

Customer will be liable for all outstanding past due amounts, which will accrue interest (at the rate of 1.5% per month compounded or the maximum rate permitted by law if lower) and any collection costs for recovery of past due amounts.
LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. 8.1. The Client will pay Radar the monthly or annual License Fee as recorded in the quote provided to client before sign-up.
