Jurisdiction of Court. I) In the event of any dispute covering or arising out of this contract /agreement the jurisdiction of the court shall be at district within State of Odisha & it is hereby expressly agreed that neither party shall be competent to bring any case / suit in regard to the matters covered by this agreement at any place out side district.
