JURISDICTION OR ARBITRATION. 22.1. Whenever differences may arise between the Parties concerning execution, interpretation or termination of the present Contract, including its Attachments, the Parties agree to bring up said differences before arbitration for conformity as specified in Act 60/2003 dated December 23rd, this Article constitutes an arbitration agreement to the effects of what is specified in article 9 and subsequent articles, which adhere to the aforementioned Act. 22.2. The arbitration will be legal. 22.3. The language in which the arbitration will be held will be Spanish. 22.4. The arbitration will be handled by the National Commission on Markets and Competition, and will be developed within the scope of the procedures established in Law 3/2013, of June 4th, regarding the creation of the National Commission on Markets and Competition, and the Royal Decree 657/2013, of August 30th, by which it is approved the Organic Statute of the National Commission on Markets and Competition. 22.5. The arbitration will take place where the arbitration body has its headquarters. 22.6. The award will be motivated and have definitive and obligatory character for the Parts. The Parts promise to accept and fulfil entirely the content of the award that, in its day, could be dictated. 22.7. In everything not foreseen by this article, it will be of application what is established by the Law 3/2013, of June 4th, regarding the creation of the National Commission on Markets and Competition, and as a supplementary legislation, what is established by Law 60/2003, of December 23rd, of Arbitration. 22.8. In the case of judicial formalization of the arbitration and for any other incident derived from same, which may require judicial intervention, the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the capital city of Madrid.
