Common use of Jurisdiction, Venue, and Jury Trials Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction, Venue, and Jury Trials. If despite the efforts, if any, to negotiate, the Parties do not resolve the Dispute within the negotiation period described above, then each Party irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Massachusetts, in connection with any action related to the Dispute. Each Party agrees that process may be served upon it in any manner authorized by such courts.
