Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Washington and the venue of any action brought under this Agreement shall be in the Superior Court of Xxxxxxxx County. The Contractor, by execution of this Agreement, acknowledges the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Washington in this matter. In the event of litigation or other action brought to enforce the terms of this Agreement, each party agrees to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
