Common use of Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees Clause in Contracts

The parties agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the State of California, County of Riverside. Should action be brought to enforce or interpret the provision of the Contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney’s fees in addition to whatever other relief is granted. The person(s) executing this contract on behalf of the child are hereby representing that they have the legal authority to do so.
