Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. The venue for any suit or proceeding concerning this Agreement, the interpretation or application of any of its terms, or any related disputes shall be in the County of San Diego, State of California. The prevailing Party in any such suit or proceeding shall be entitled to a reasonable award of attorney’s fees in addition to any other award made in such suit or proceeding.
