JURY DUTY AND APPEARANCES IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. a. The Board shall grant leave of absence with pay to any employee summonsed for jury duty or required to attend any legal proceedings by reason of subpoena (except in regards to personal litigation). An employee on such leave shall pay to the Board any sums received for jury duty or witness fees, exclusive of travelling costs or meal allowances.
