Justice and Dignity Provisions. If, upon investigation, the Employer feels that disciplinary action is necessary, such action shall be taken based on the Collective Agreement. In situations where the Employer is unable to investigate the matter to its satisfaction, but feels the employee should be removed from his/her place of employment, it shall be with pay.
