(a) if committed by an adult, alleged act would constitute a violation or infraction; (b) alleged act is a status offense; (c) an emancipation case (any appointment to represent a child in a proceeding under ORS 419B.550 - 419B.558); (d) a waiver case (any appointment to represent a child in a proceeding to waive the child to adult court for further proceedings under ORS 419C.340); (e) appointments under ORS 420A.203 (Eligibility for second look; report to sentencing court; hearing; disposition); (f) appointments under ORS 181.823(12) (Relief from reporting requirement; juvenile offenders); and (g) appointment to a juvenile case for which no other juvenile case type applies.
