Kad. 1.1 Kad hendaklah pada setiap masa menjadi hak Bank xxx hendaklah diserahkan dengan segera kepada Bank apabila diminta. 1.2 Kad hanya sah jika digunakan dalam Tarikh Tempoh Sah. Ahli Kad hendaklah memastikan bahawa sebaik sahaja Kad tamat tempoh, kad dimusnahkan dengan memotong dua secara pepenjuru, xxx mengembalikannya kepada Bank untuk penggantian. Penggunaan Kad xxxxx tertakluk kepada terma xxx syarat yang dikuatkuasakan pada tarikh penggantian. 1.3 Kad tidak boleh digunakan selepas pembatalan, penamatan tempoh atau penarikan balik atau apabila Ahli Kad berhenti daripada menjadi pelanggan Bank. 1.4.1 Tanpa menyentuh xxx tanpa menjejaskan keluasan makna fasal dalam Terma xxx Syarat ini, Ahli Kad hendaklah bersetuju secara nyata bahawa penggunaan Kad adalah atas risikonya sendiri xxx hendaklah menerima semua risiko yang berkaitan dengan atau yang timbul daripada penggunaan Kad ini.

Should a dispute arise or be declared, such dispute shall be resolved by an Arbitrator appointed by the Developer. The costs in respect thereof shall be borne by the unsuccessful party. Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.
