In addition to the above when planning the allocation of work for kaimahi Māori the following will be considered: i. specific skills kaimahi Māori bring to their employment situation. ii. the accountabilities of kaimahi Māori to their iwi, hapu and whanau. iii. acknowledgement of the cultural duties kaimahi Māori undertakes over and above their designated role.
