Obligations of the provider under this service contract are backed only by the Full Faith and Credit of the provider (issuer) and are not guaranteed under a reimbursement insurance policy. This agreement does not cover any pre-existing defects. In order to qualify for coverage, potentially covered items must be fully operational and in satisfactory working condition upon occupancy of the home.
