Common use of Key Man Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Key Man Life Insurance. During the Term of this Agreement, the Company shall have the option of purchasing and paying the premiums for a “Key Man” life insurance policy relating to Executive in a coverage amount determined by the Company, and the Company shall be named as the beneficiary of such policy. Executive represents and warrants that he currently is insurable for such policy on an unrated basis and agrees to fully cooperate with the Company in obtaining the policy.
