Key Management Covenant. Each Key Management covenants and undertakes to the Company and Tencent that, for so long as he remains an officer or employee of any Group Company, he will manage the affairs of the Group Companies on a full time basis and be fully devoted to developing and operating the business of the Group Companies and will not pursue any other business or investment interests, or any other opportunities outside of the Group Companies.
